Sending a problem report
- Open Settings in the game.
- Tap Prepare report, then Share report.
- Send it to the address above.
The report holds no names and none of your towns' contents. What it holds.
Purchases
Town levels 1 and 2 are free. The full game is one purchase and opens every level after that, and the seasonal packs are sold on their own. If a purchase is missing on a new phone, open the full game's page from the menu and tap Restore Purchases, signed in to the same Apple Account.
Refunds go through Apple: reportaproblem.apple.com.
Saves
Towns are saved on the phone as you play. To move a town to another phone, export it from Your towns and import the file on the other phone.
