None of these are for sale. They are here because they are real, and because a graveyard is more honest than a highlight reel.

Little Space Cartographer

the menu is a building you walk to

A voxel galaxy in one HTML file. You chart worlds, haul the right materials home, and grow a town on the back of the rock you fly. Keyboard or a controller, in the browser, right now.

What it actually looks like

On foot on your rock: the mossy engine ahead, the hint bar naming every key.

Sweetwater Island

26 bugs, found by a nine year old

A monster-collecting incremental with a cozy front end and a horror engine underneath. My son playtested it and handed back twenty-six things that were wrong, which is the most useful document anyone has ever given me.

“the fish doesn't do anything, dad”scratch for bug #1“the fish doesn't do anything, dad”

What it actually looks like

The Sweetwater Island title screen over a pixel-art island.

Tidesong

the hush is winning

A shore settlement game where you sequence songs against a thing called the Hush. It is quiet, it is slow, and it does not explain itself on the title screen.

What it actually looks like

The Tidesong opening: a column, a husk, an asking of the stars.

Boneyard

rest in pieces

A catalogue of small games I abandoned, kept as a collection rather than deleted. Some are one screen and one idea. Most of them deserved to die and a couple of them didn't.

What it actually looks like

A Boneyard entry: an almost empty screen, one dot, one line of instruction.
