4 things

Tools

The things I built to build the other things. One was a commission; the rest exist because I got tired of doing something by hand.

Bench

the model art-directs. the code draws

A custom build for a game studio: an offline asset bench that runs on the machine in front of you. Local models art-direct, code draws, and every tool on the rack gets its own face. Their work stays theirs, so what you get here is the furniture.

What it actually looks like

The Bench navigation showing the MAKE tool rack with pxl selected above the tile and font tools.

Space Game Asset Forge

2d in, 3d out, same second

A sprite editor with the game's real renderer bolted to the side, so a ship spins in 3D while you are still pushing pixels around in 2D. Built for one project and then it would not stay there.

What it actually looks like

The Asset Forge: a pixel grid, a palette, and the same sprite on a turntable.

Complaint-to-Product OS

complaints are free market research

It reads a pile of complaints from one niche and tells me which ones repeat, which repeat with money behind them, and what could be built for the people making them. Runs on my machine. I point it at an industry before I give that industry a month.

What it actually looks like

A standalone demand-gap report built from public GovCon evidence, showing the report title, research scope, source links, and evidence counts.

Quest Receipt

the guardrails took longer than the agent

An agent that published without me. Typed tools, scheduled wakes, durable state, and a dry-run mode I used before allowing writes. It wrote a YA serial on theslop.ai. The site is closed, the runner is off, and I did not fake a fresh run for this page.
