01Every branch counts

These proposed rules cover every scene, choice, consequence, ending, title, byline, cover, credit and recording submitted to frwrd.team LLC, doing business as dks.studio. They apply equally to human-created and AI-generated work, including less-traveled branches.

Fiction can portray flawed characters, grief, fear and conflict. A character’s conduct is not automatically the writer’s endorsement. Context matters, but “it is fiction” does not excuse targeted abuse or dangerous real-world instructions.

02What does not belong here

• Sexual exploitation or sexualized depictions of children, grooming, nonconsensual sexual material or pornography.
• Threats, targeted harassment, hateful attacks, or material intended to expose, intimidate or mobilize abuse against a real person.
• Instructions or encouragement for real-world violence, self-harm, abuse or dangerous challenges.
• Unnecessary private contact details, location history, credentials, medical information or other sensitive personal information. Use fictional details.
• Stolen text or art, unlicensed recordings, deceptive impersonation, misleading attribution or a cloned voice used without the necessary permission.
• Scams, malicious files or links, hidden advertising, or knowingly false authorship, AI-origin, audience or content-warning labels.

Label significant content so listeners can choose knowingly. A warning does not make prohibited material acceptable. Covers and descriptions should not expose people to graphic material before they choose the story. Final age eligibility and access rules still need approval.

03Walking is optional. Safety is not.

A story cue is not permission to enter a place or a guarantee that a route is safe. Never make a reward depend on entering traffic, trespassing, approaching strangers, ignoring a closure or continuing on unsafe terrain. People must be free to pause, choose buttons, take another route or stop.

04Review must be real

The proposed response to a problem may include changes, withholding a release, restricting a story or limiting creator access. Urgent concerns may justify a precautionary restriction while reviewed. Ordinary decisions need a reason and a way to request human reconsideration, subject to safety and legal limits.

A valid graph, an AI score or an owner’s checkbox is not independent moderation. Current private catalog controls do not supply a public reporting, blocking or appeals service. Public creator intake stays closed until those safeguards and a monitored contact work.
